Quality Control

With the management System ISO13485, each process is built the SOP ( standard operating procedure ), to control the quality strictly.

• 1. QC department is trained often to learn the effective quality management ;
• 2. Managers and workers of each workshop will be trained often;
• 3. To use the stable raw material ;
• 4. Imported testing equipment to check the products;
• 5. Class 10000 cleanroom, better environment to avoid contaminant. CE / FDA / ISO13485 / Medical Device license .

Order Quality management System

The order quality management system:

• Raw Material Incoming Inspection ( package and raw material )
• First Article Inspection ( check the color / size / weight / lable / carton…)
• Process Inspection ( check the color / size / weight / lable / carton…)
• Finished Inspection ( check according to the quantity, if qualified, then issue the inspection report )
• Loading inspection ( check if the container info / products / quantity are right or not )
